View – Lookup Fields
The lookup field values are displayed as a link (blue color) in the View Process screens. You can tap the link to open the lookup record. The record must be available locally.
On tapping the lookup record, the View Process of the lookup record is displayed, provided the View Process is configured. If no View Process is configured for the lookup record, the following message is displayed:
View not configured for this record. Please contact your system administrator.
If the record is not available locally, the name is displayed in the lookup field without data.
 | Displaying lookup field values as a link (blue color) is not supported in the Work Order Summary section of the View Process. If you want the Salesforce user records to be available in the lookup search, your administrator should configure the user object in Download Criteria. |
