Data sync synchronizes all the records matching the configured Download Criteria and Advanced Download Criteria, including attachments or Salesforce Files. It also synchronizes events, related records, and child records.

Data sync can be initiated either manually or it can be scheduled by your administrator. If scheduled data sync is configured, the app automatically synchronizes data at regular intervals when you have internet connectivity. If your device is in sleep mode or the app runs in the background, schedule data sync is not trigger and it is rescheduled to the next interval.
