Time Out
The value in the Timeout setting is the time duration the app waits for a response from the server for any webservice call.

Specify the value in the Timeout setting based on the following factors:
• Connection and signal strengths in the region where the technician visits for service calls
• Internet speed
• Size of data synchronized with the server each time
Choose a higher value if you know that the connectivity or speed is low, and if the size of data to be synchronized is large. Choosing a higher value might cause the app to report connection timeout issues after a delay. But, it causes fewer timeouts and related failures.
