Installing the FSA for iPad
The following steps describe how to download and install the Field Service App on your iPad.
1. Tap the App Store icon to launch the App Store.
2. Tap the Search box on the top right corner and enter Field Service using the iPad keyboard.
3. Tap Search on the keyboard. This lists the Field Service App for iPad.
4. Tap the Get button or Cloud next to download and install. When the app is installed, the In progress icon changes to the Open icon.
5. Tap the Open icon or launch the Field Service App for iPad icon on the iPad's Home screen to launch the app.

For first-time installation, the Get button appears. If you have downloaded the app but had deleted it from the device, the Cloud icon will appear.
