Installing FSA for Windows

Field Service Application > FSA for End Users > Installing FSA > Installing FSA for Windows

The following steps show how to download and install the FSA app on your device:

1. The download link for Field Service for Windows 32-bit as well as 64-bit is available at http://servicemax.force.com/buildinfo.

2. Tap Click to Install against the respective FSA release version to install the FSA for Windows 32-bit or FSA for Windows 64-bit build.

3. When installing the application, you must select the Run as Administrator option.

4. The Setup application prepares the InstallShield Wizard.

5. To cancel this process, click Cancel or wait for the process to complete. The application data of the Field Service Application is available under the AppData folder of the respective user.
