Running Initial Sync
Initial sync refers to complete synchronization performed when you sign in to the app for the first time after installation or when you sign in as a different user.
Following are the key points to remember during the Initial sync process:
Initial Sync erases all the locally stored data including configuration information and downloads the data again.
It is recommended to perform the initial sync when connected to Wi-Fi or with a stable cellular signal.
Initial Sync cannot be canceled once started.
The app should not be minimized when the initial sync is in progress.
If for some reason the app is closed during initial sync, re-launch the app to restart the initial sync.
