Get Price
Get Price refers to total billable price calculation for a work order, based on all the applicable work details of type Parts, Labor, Expense, and Travel. Invoke this functionality by tapping the Get Price option at the top in a SFM screen, if it is configured by your administrator.

Assign minimum read permissions to the Custom coverage object for initial sync to go through successfully, even if the Get Price setting is enabled or disabled.
Advanced price calculation is perfromed based on warranties / service/maintenance contracts with which the work order is entitled, irrespective of the internet connectivity. If the work order is not entitled, advanced price calculation fails with the following error message.
If some entitlement details like contact details, applicable price book details are not available for an entitled work order, these details are downloaded from the server, and the price is calculated during internet connectivity.
If Use Price From Pricebook checkbox field is available and editable in your work order debrief screen, you can uncheck it to make Get Price consider the price you manually enter for any Work Detail line.
Key Points to remember
The work order must have been synced at least once to the server for the price calculation to work.
At least one view process for Warranty Terms and Service Contracts must be assigned to your group profile for warranty/service contract information to be downloaded to the device.
Get Price only works for the installed products that are locally available on the device.
To enable the line-level warranty based price calculation, set the Is Entitlement Check Performed field to True for work orders that:
Do not have any Service Contract or Warranty coverage
Have Product Serviced lines with installed products having valid warranty coverage
