Barcode Scanning
The app has in-built barcode scanning capabilities to allow fast and effective capture of data related to products and parts. Barcode scanning feature avoids manual identification and entry of the serial numbers of products. Scan the attached serial number to identifies the product / part.

Bluetooth based Barcode scanning devices can also be paired with iPad to better utilize this functionality. Please refer to the scanning device’s help for compatibility and configuration instructions.
In build camera in Windows laptop is not used for Barcode scanning and you need a external barcode scanning devices to utilize this functionality.

• SFM Trsnactions create/edit screens- To enter the serial number of an installed product
• Lookup serach screens
• SFM Search screen keyword field - To enable search based on serial number as the keyword
