The Home page does not have the Export for QuickBooks link.
See To show the Export for QuickBooks link in Home page.
The Export for QuickBooks screen displays this error message on launch:
“Unable to display data. Default Configuration for export is not available.
Please contact your ServiceMax Administrator.”
Ensure there is one ServiceMax Processes record of Record Type Export Configuration, with Is Default? checked.
The Export for QuickBooks screen displays this error message on launch:
“Unable to display data. More than one active configuration detected.
Please contact your ServiceMax Administrator.”
