The latest version of the following web browsers:
• Mozilla Firefox
• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox version 92 might degrade the Dispatch Console performance. ServiceMax recommends that you use a previous version of the Mozilla Firefox browser.
• ServiceMax does not support the ServiceMax Online application (web application) on any mobile browser.
• All the classes in the managed package are upgraded to the latest API version, 59.

The iOS details apply to the latest GA versions of each mobile app for each release. Implicit support for the latest iOS versions (or their patches) should not be assumed unless announced in ServiceMax Community.

• * Windows Surface devices are supported only in Windows mode, and Field Service Application is not supported on touch-based devices.
• ServiceMax recommends conducting thorough testing as part of your device selection process. ServiceMax does not recommend any specific device. It is best to use high-performance devices (processing power and memory) for a better user experience and a longer lifespan.
• If there is a proxy or firewall in your network, the Android device must be configured to get the appropriate access to Salesforce.com.
