Security Objectives
The purpose of applying Salesforce Platform Encryption at Rest in ServiceMax Application is:
• Protecting PII.
• To address Security and Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption Compliance for ServiceMax application.
• Enable Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption in our Sandbox Org and verify the supported/ not supported PII fields for each of the objects.
