Events related to Parts Order not downloaded / displayed in calendar
Ensure that mobile user has access to Parts Order object.
Ensure that at least one SFM transaction with Parts Order as source or target object is accessible to the mobile user’s group profile.
Events created in Mobile apps appears in online calendar, but not in mobile app calendar
Check the Synchronization Settings tab in Mobile Configurations to see the event window for which events will be downloaded to the mobile app. If the event created in the mobile app is not within this window, then it won’t appear in the mobile app calendar. For example, if ‘ Retrieve events and tasks for next’ is set to 10 days, but the event created in the mobile app is greater than 10 days from the current day, then it will get created and synchronized successfully to the server. However, it will not be downloaded to the mobile app and hence not displayed in the calendar.
Objects are not downloaded / records are not seen in the Mobile apps
Check the object permission, and permission to all the objects of lookup fields that are included in the page layout of SFM Transaction which have object as the header / child object.
