Known Issues/Limitations- ServiceMax Configuration
Only one active Export Configuration, as identified by Is Default? checked in the configuration record, is supported per org.
The Export Configuration has to be specified manually in JSON format; there is no configuration screen for this.
No data validations are done before creating the IIF format file.
Translation is not supported for the 'Service Flow Wizard' section title.
The number of custom fields allowed to be added to objects used in the ServiceMax Core application depends on the Salesforce edition you are using. For more information, see Salesforce Features and Edition Allocations and Custom Fields Allowed Per Object.
Inline editing in Visualforce pages is supported. This limitation may transpire as system administrators not being able to edit fields on an object record even though the field is configured as editable in the page layout and the user has privileges to perform the action. This is because of a Salesforce limitation.
Custom fields added to any object are not available as list view filter options. This is because of a Salesforce limitation.
RMB currency is not supported by Salesforce. For the list of supported currencies, see the Salesforce Help article.
