Known Issues/Limitations: SPM
• Contract Up Time: Some old service/maintenance contracts considered during the first run of the SPM Engine are skipped during the subsequent runs. The workaround is to set SET003 to a higher value after the first run and before the second run, by adding the number of days between first and the second run to its initial value.
• Contract Up Time: Down Time records for dates beyond the validity range of the service/maintenance contracts are not skipped, though Guaranteed Up Time calculation is limited to the contract validity date range.
• Attach Rate: Some old installed products considered during the first run of the SPM Engine are skipped during the subsequent runs. The workaround is to set SET004 to a higher value after the first run and before the second run, by adding the number of days between first and the second run to its initial value.
