Known Issues/ Limitations: Dispatch Console
This section provides a list of known issues in Dispatch Console HTML5.
Scheduler
When you scroll horizontally through the technician tree, the Service Team - Technician Name column is not fixed and shifts to the left, if there are many fields (for example, City and Account), configured in the technician view.
Dependency Scheduling
Dispatch Console HTML5 currently provides limited support for the Dependency Work Order Management feature.
Filtering and Sorting
Filtering and sorting Long Text Area fields is not supported because of a
Salesforce technical limitation.
