Known Issues
Date Header Not Displaying as Expected
The scheduler header sometimes fails to restore the correct date format and time scale, when the user selects Zoom option in Dispatch Console. Instead of displaying the expected format, the scheduler displays week numbers or shortened weekday labels such as, w.40 Oct 2025 or We 01, Th 02. In some scenarios, the view expands to a month view but only displays working hours for the default 7-day period.
Scheduler
When you scroll horizontally through the technician tree, the Service Team - Technician Name column is not fixed and shifts to the left, if there are many fields (for example, City and Account), configured in the technician view.
Limitations
Dependency Scheduling
Dispatch Console HTML5 currently provides limited support for the Dependency Work Order Management feature.
Filtering and Sorting
Filtering and sorting Long Text Area fields is not supported because of a
Salesforce technical limitation.
