ServiceMax is delivered through an AppExchange package named ServiceMax. For details about how to install ServiceMax, refer to the Install ServiceMax Package section. After installing the package, you need to select the Load Default Configuration and Page Layouts option to get the default ServiceMax parameters, processes, Salesforce profiles, and page layouts loaded into your org. This sets up your org with out-of-the-box functionalities for most of the key ServiceMax features and apps, which you can modify to suit your business needs.
