Access and Permissions for Community Users

Perform the following steps to provide access and permissions to Community users to use Copilot:

1. Ensure that Community users are enabled in your ServiceMax setup. For more information, see Community User Access and Permissions.

2. Ensure that you provide the Community users with the following sharing setting permissions to the objects:

Object	Required Sharing Setting Permissions
AI Config Data	Public Read Only
AI Config Data Assignment	Public Read Only
AI Config Data Details	Public Read Only
