Setting Up Integration for Troubleshooting Agent
Before configuring the Troubleshooting Agent, you must perform the following steps to set up integration with your Salesforce org:
1. Create an External Client App (ECA). For more information, see Creating an External Client App.
2. Provide the ECA details such as Salesforce OAuth Client ID, Username, and instance URL to the ServiceMax team by submitting a Salesforce case.

Based on this integration, the Service Intelligent Data Pipeline (SIDP) scheduler connects to your Salesforce org to process recently closed Work Orders and stores the generated AI Notes in Snowflake. The scheduler creates AI notes based on the Troubleshooting Agent configuration. By default, scheduler runs for 24 hours and process closed Work Orders.
