Configuring ServiceMax AI Chat in Salesforce Web
To use the ServiceMax AI Assistant in Salesforce Web, you must configure it in the page layout for the required object type. This setup enables quick access to information about objects such as Work Order, Case, Installed Product, and Location.

Only users with permission to edit page layouts can add the component.

To configure ServiceMax AI Assistant in Salesforce Web, perform the following steps.
1. Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
2. Choose where to insert the component, either in an empty region or before or after another component.
3. From the Components list, select ServiceMax AI Chat .
4. Define the component's height and save the layout.
When the record page loads, you are authenticated to Zinc and the ServiceMax AI Assistant is displayed with the record type and ID.
