Field Sets Configuration for SFA AI Action Triggers
Service Flow Automation (SFA) uses AI to automate workflows based on changes to specific fields. To ensure AI actions trigger only when relevant data changes, each supported object includes a dedicated Field Set such as SFA AI Action Fields. This Field Set defines which field changes initiate these actions. By default, these Field Sets contain a minimal set of fields to prevent excessive triggering, but admins can customize them to align with specific business needs. This configuration minimizes unnecessary executions and enhances overall performance.
