Creating Data Update Request from Location
To create a Data Update request for a location:
1. Tap the asset from the Asset screen.
2. Tap Location in the Information section.
3. Tap View Location Details.
4. Tap Request.
5. Tap Data Update from the Service Type.
6. Tap Next.
7. Tap Update Location Coordinates to update the location coordinates.
8. Tap Next.
9. Provide the details in the Notes section.

The description is not mandatory but provides additional information about the service request.
10. Upload the photos and or videos of the asset(s). You can add up to five photos and or videos. Use the annotation tool to annotate the image. For more information, see Annotate.
11. Answer the additional questions, if configured.
12. Tap Submit Request. You can review the details and edit the information before submitting the request.

When a request is submitted, a Customer Request Record is created and a Flow is initiated to create a Work Order or a Case if it is configured.
