Configuring Messages
The Notification Messages has a Message Key used in configured Flow to call the message text. It also calls the translations if required to receive the message in a different language.
You can update the flow with a new key if required. To edit the flows:
1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup > PLATFORM TOOLS > Process Automation > Flows
2. Click the flow to edit. For example, Engage - Push notification for Customer Request flow is used.
3. Turn on Auto-Layout
4. Update one of the following messages from the flow
Notifcation_message_for_Installed_Product_Insert
Notifcation_message_for_Installed_Product_Update
5. Navigate to Manager > ELEMENTS > Assignments
6. Click Notifcation_message_for_Installed_Product_Insert to edit
7. Modify the Value field with the required value
8. Click Done
9. Repeat steps 1 through 8 for each of the flows used for notification
