Archiving a Custom Request
To edit a custom request:
1. Navigate to Engage Setup > Mobile App Settings > Request.
2. Click the Custom Request tab.
3. Click Archive from the context menu. The request is marked as Archived.
When a request is Archived:
You cannot edit or activate it from the Admin UI.
You can clone to create a request.
You can delete the request.
You can view all the Archived Requests. To view the Archived Requests:
1. Click the dropdown menu from the Custom Requests tab.
2. Select Archived Requests. A list of archived requests is displayed.
