• Browser Limitations: Wizards are not displayed correctly in the Safari browser for Safari v12. It is supported in Safari v13 and above only.

• Contextual Filter Limitation: The Contextual Filter is not configured explicitly in the Designer to automatically populate correct data for Price Book Entry ID in the Work Order - Product Consumed form.

• Lookup Search Limitation: Lookup search on Number, Geo-location, and Compound Fields are not supported.

• Lookup Limitation: In Child Product Consumed, Product Item ID Lookup field values are not retrieved.

• Global Wizard Limitation: Global Wizard is not supported to associate with Profile.

• Wizard Flow Limitation: The Start Investigation flow option is unavailable for Field WO for browser UI. It can be set through SPM wizards for the users.

• LWC Limitation: There is no Cancel button for the LWC.

• Wizard Designer Limitation: The Action icons in the wizard designer are larger in size compared to other icons. Do not use the Action icons in the wizard designer section.

• Wizard Step Type Limitation: The Wizard page must be reloaded to see the recent flows created or activated. Adding a New step does not refresh the flow list automatically.

• Expressions and Object Mapping Limitation: The CallCenter object is not supported in multi-level field selection in both Expressions and Object Mapping. If the CallCenter object is configured, a Salesforce error is displayed.

• State and Country Code Limitation: This applies only to Orgs where State and Country Picklists are turned on. State Code and Country Code fields should be used in SPM Screen & Transactions. These are rendered as picklists. State and country fields are text fields. The State Code field does not currently constrain the values according to the value selected in the Country Code.

• Grid Boundary Limitation: For Standard cells and pop-over, the last cell in a grid goes out of the page in Edit mode.

• SPM Wizard in Product Request Known Issue: In the Product Request object, SPM Wizards disappear intermittently.

• Safari Browser UI Known Issue: Expression Builder has UI issues in the Safari browser.

• Blank Wizard Known Issue: Blank Wizard is displayed when Hide Step is configured and when the steps do not qualify to display.

• Object Mapping Known Issue: Object Mapping (Value Mapping) is not supported on the Unit of Measure field on the Product Request Line and Return Order Line objects.

• Translation Limitation: A few translations are unavailable for standard objects or fields that Salesforce may provide in future releases.

• Wizard Runtime Known Issue: When there are more than 100 line items or more than one lookup field in an object, the browser tab becomes unresponsive on launching the wizard.

• Lookup Value Popover Known Issue: The pop-over for the lookup values should be closed manually before proceeding with other actions.

• LWC Limitation: An error is displayed in LWC runtime if Lightning Web Security (LWS) is enabled. The LWS must be disabled for the LWCs to work in the runtime.

• Layout Object Permission Set Known Issue: If the Layout object is having the permission set for Read, Write, Create, and Edit, then the Edit Transaction button is enabled for non-admin users. It is recommended to set the permission set to Read only for the Layout object for non-admin users.

• LWS Known Issue: An error is displayed while launching Expressions, Lookups, and Mappings from Transactions or Screens if the Lightning Web Security (LWS) is enabled.
