Service Contract-Related Known Issues and Limitations
The following is a current known issue:
Mismatch on Dates in Entitled Service Creation Known Issue: When creating an Entitled Service on a Service Contract, the dates default to the Service Contract dates. However, after choosing a Contract Line, the dates do not change to the Contract Line dates. When you save, an error is displayed about the entitled service dates (defaulted to Service Contract dates), not within the Contract Line dates.
