• Pricing Limitation: The Pricing Engine supports only the WO's currency code. It does not allow users to change the currency code for Work Order Line Item (WOLI) or Product Consumed. Due to SFDC validation, users can change the currency code for Expenses.

• Pricing Logic Known Issue: If an Entitled Service is deleted, with CPLI records associated, the pricing logic breaks due to duplicate records in CPLI.

• Pricebook Assignment Rule Known Issue: The Developer Name field can be edited in the Edit mode, which is not recommended to break the flows.
