Last Consumed Date
This process allows product stock management and visibility into the last consumed date of a particular item in stock. It provides better visibility of inventory cost and stock oversight.
The remote engineer or field engineer is involved in the stock management - last date consumed.

The following steps explain the process to update the Last Consumed Date:
1. Debrief work order
2. Indicate product item
The following details are updated automatically in the database:
• Product Consumed is populated based on the Product Item
• The consumed Date is set to Today
• Record is saved
• Existing product item is updated: The Last Consumed Date is set to Product Consumed Date
