• Interactive Entitlement Limitation: Currently, Interactive Entitlement LWC is displayed on all objects. It is recommended to use only Case, Work Order, and Return Order objects.

• Compact Layout Limitation: The record name is highlighted above the compact layout. Hence it can not be added again in the compact layout fields.

• View Service Coverage Known Issue: When a new entitlement is performed on a new Case, Work Order, or Return Order object, the coverages are duplicated in the first attempt on the View Coverage LWC. It is recommended to reload the page to get the correct results. If you do not reload the page, you can still view the accurate results on the interactive screen.
