Entitlement Engine Use Cases
This section explains various use cases for the Entitlement Engine of the Asset 360 solution.
• Auto Entitlement on Case Covered by Asset: to auto-entitle the service coverage while creating a Case from the Asset.
• Auto Entitlement on Work Order Covered by Asset: to auto-entitle the service coverage during the work order creation.
• Auto Entitlement on Work Order Covered by Account: configure an automatic entitlement rule to entitle the Work Order based on account.
• Prompt user to select Coverage when multiple coverages are available: to configure the automatic entitlement rule to bring in both the Asset Warranty and Service Contract and let the user select the best Coverage.
• Auto Entitlement on Return Order Covered by Asset: to configure the automatic entitlement rule to include the Asset Warranty with the Return Order.
• Interactive Entitlement on Case object Covered by Asset: to configure interactive entitlement on Case and Coverage by Asset, create Case from Asset, and select the best service coverage.
