Deleting Contract Lines
The application allows you to delete a Contract Line Item from the Service Contract record.
Perform the following steps to delete a Contract Line Item.
1. Launch the Service Contract record from which you want to delete a Contract Line Item record.
2. Click the Contract Lines tab. The list view of Contract Line Items is displayed.
3. From the drop-down menu of the Contract Line Item record, click Delete. A confirmation pop-up screen is displayed.
4. Click Confirm. A confirmation message is displayed after successful deletion.
 | If the Contract Line Item record has active Entitled Service (ES) and Contract Price Line Item (CPLI) records, you cannot delete it. An error is displayed with hyperlinks to ES and CPLI.  |
