Contract Price Line Items
Contract Price Line Items help service organizations to track contract-specific pricing terms on top of the service pricebook. Contract Price Line Items are defined at contract-level, individual covered asset level, or an individual entitled service level.
Use Cases
The following list explains the business scenarios of the Contract Price Line Items:
• A contract provides a 10% discount for all spare parts for two years.
• A contract provides a 20% discount for all spare parts for year-1 repairs and a 15% discount for year-2 repairs.
• A contract covers all parts for a specific Solar install only for Onsite repair.
• A contract covers all parts except for Battery and Solar Inverter.
Along with special rates and discounts, you can also define surcharge % for any freight or special handling like next-day shipping.
