Asset 360 Console
The ServiceMax Asset 360 solution includes Asset 360 Console that is primarily intended for Call Center Agents. It helps them identify Asset and Account Entitlements and decide on the best action. Asset 360 Console is integrated with the Entitlement engine and Service Process Manager.
To launch the Asset 360 Console, search for the application Asset 360 Console in your Salesforce org. The Asset 360 Console is displayed, as displayed in the following screen:
