To roll back a PTC RV&S 에이전트 service pack
1. Shut down the PTC RV&S 서버, if running.
2. Run the following command:
PatchAgent -rollback
The PTC RV&S 에이전트 is rolled back.
3. Restart the PTC RV&S 서버.
When they connect to the PTC RV&S 서버, instances of PTC RV&S 에이전트 are automatically instructed to roll back if the service pack level exceeds the maximum allowed.
