To roll back a Agent PTC RV&S service pack
1. Shut down the Serveur PTC RV&S, if running.
2. Run the following command:
PatchAgent -rollback
The Agent PTC RV&S is rolled back.
3. Restart the Serveur PTC RV&S.
When they connect to the Serveur PTC RV&S, instances of Agent PTC RV&S are automatically instructed to roll back if the service pack level exceeds the maximum allowed.
