Logging in to the Refreshed Web Interface
1. Open your web browser and enter the URL provided by your administrator to access the Refreshed Web Interface. The URL for the PTC RV&S landing page typically follows this format:
https://<hostname>:<portnumber>
1. The PTC RV&S landing page opens.
2. Click Workflows and Documents in the Refreshed Web Interface. A new browser tab opens with a password dialog box, prompting you for your username and password.
3. Enter your username in the Username field.
4. Enter your password in the Password field.
5. Click Sign in. PTC RV&S validates your login information and display the Refreshed Web Interface.
The Refreshed Web Interface supports both basic authentication and SSO authentication. You can configure PTC RV&S to use various IdPs for SSO authentication. For more information refer to the PTC RV&S Single Sign-on Configuration Guide.
