To Configure the View Components and Item Information in the GUI
1. Select > . The Options dialog box displays.
2. On the General tab, select from the following options:
◦ View layout
▪ Show all forward relationship fields displays all fields that contain forward relationships. For more information, see Working With Items in the Relationships View.
▪ Show all backward relationship fields displays all fields that contain backward relationships.
▪ Show field grouping rows displays the name of the relationship field as a grouping row in the tree.
▪ Substitute parameters displays parameter values for parameter references in text fields.
◦ Item Preview
▪ Off displays the Items pane only.
▪ View Only enables you to view item details for the item selected in the Tree pane. You cannot select this option in combination with Editable.
▪ Editable enables you to edit item details for the item selected in the Tree pane. You cannot select this option in combination with View Only.
◦ Tooltip Display
▪ Show full field value in tooltip specifies whether to display full or truncated tooltips for long field values. When this checkbox is cleared (default), truncated tooltips are shown. When this checkbox is selected, full field values are shown.
◦ Text Field Content provides the ability to wrap text in text fields in the relationship view. Selecting Wrap enables text wrapping in cells within text fields, allowing you to view the entire content of each cell. By default, this option is not selected.

Enabling the Wrap option can significantly increase the amount of data fetched from the server. This additional data includes the complete rich text value and its attachments. Additionally, there may be extra processing required to resolve parameters and their values in the short/rich text fields added as relationship field columns. Since all this data is fetched asynchronously, you may see the loading clock icon on these fields for an extended period.

3. On the Titles tab, click Fields to select the fields that you want to display for each item node. The field names are added with "{" and "}".
4. On the Messages tab, Show confirmation message before saving a modified item specifies whether to display a confirmation before saving a modified item.
