Geographic Heatmap
Reference for the geographic heatmap on the Maintenance Performance Dashboard.
The geographic heatmap provides a color-coded visualization of maintenance risk across the install base. Upon dashboard load, the card renders using a default region (currently the United States or Europe) that an administrator can change in configuration. Demo-ready maps are provided for the United States and Europe out of the box. The card recalculates its risk of shading whenever a dashboard filter (such as timeframe or product grouping) changes.

A legend next to the map labels the risk tiers and the corresponding color chip. Risk tiers are based on the average of the out-of-the-box Maintenance Score for the assets in the region.
Risk Tier
Threshold
Low
Average Maintenance Score for the assets in the region is 70 or higher.
Medium
Average Maintenance Score for the assets in the region is between 40 and 69.
High
Average Maintenance Score for the assets in the region is 39 or lower.
None
Shown only if the assets in the region do not have any maintenance, and therefore no Maintenance Score.
Hovering over a colored state or region displays a tooltip with the region name, the Risk level pill, the number of Assets in the region (based on the dashboard's filters), and the Average Maintenance Score for those assets.
