Total Completed Service Count
|
Displays the count of all work orders that have a Completed Date/Time populated within the configured timescale, across all order types. The card honors the default filter, and any AI filters applied to the dashboard.

Sum across filtered assets and work orders

Unplanned Service Count
|
Displays the count of unplanned (reactive) work orders for the configured asset grouping and timeline. Only work orders where Is PM Work Order is equal to FALSE are included. If no reactive work orders exist, the card displays 0. The card honors the default filter, and any AI filters applied to the dashboard.

|
Displays the count of planned (preventive maintenance) work orders for the configured asset grouping and timeline. Only work orders where Is PM Work Order is equal to TRUE are included. |
Displays the average Time to Repair across reactive work orders within the dashboard's timescale and filters. The value is calculated as the average of the Time to Repair calculated field on the Work Order object (Completed Date minus Created Date on each work order).

Overall Maintenance Score
|
Displays the average of the out-of-the-box Maintenance Score on the Asset object, rolled up across the assets that match the applied filters. The Maintenance Score is the Maintenance Effectiveness Score calculated on each Asset record.
