Donut Charts
Reference for the out-of-the-box donut charts on the Maintenance Performance Dashboard.
The dashboard includes two out-of-the-box donut charts. Each chart respects the applied filters and refreshes when the filters change. The data set for each chart is limited to show data for work orders with a Completed Date/Time within the dashboard's timescale.

Was Service Planned?
|
If the service was not planned, the donut chart displays a portion with the color aligned with the legend label for No. If the service was planned, the donut chart displays a portion with the color aligned with the legend label for Yes. Hovering over a portion displays the associated legend label and the exact percentage of that portion of the donut chart.

Root Cause Overview
|
Breaks down total reactive service events within the defined timescale by Order Type. The chart considers work orders whose Order Type is not equal to Planned Maintenance. If a Planned Maintenance order type is not clearly defined, all order types are considered.
