Importing Pre-Built Pipelines
Export pre-built Matillion pipelines from the PTC Orbit Data Connector records and import them into a customer Matillion project.
PTC Orbit ships pre-built Matillion pipelines packaged as attachments on the Data Connector records. You can export these pipelines from the PTC Orbit application and import them into the customer Matillion project.
1. Log in to the PTC Orbit application. Navigate to Max Designer > Developer Tools > Data Connectors.
2. In the Data Connectors list view, open the Salesforce Data Connector record.
3. Click the Attachments tab. Select SFDC DataSync OOTB Pipelines.zip and click Download to save the file to your local machine.
4. Log in to Matillion and open the customer project.
5. In the Files panel, click the + icon and choose Import. Select SFDC DataSync OOTB Pipelines.zip from your Downloads folder and click Open.
Wait for the Import in progress notification to complete, then confirm Import successful appears. The SFDC DataSync OOTB Pipelines folder appears in the Files panel, containing numbered pipeline pairs for all supported objects — Assets, Work Orders, Accounts, Contacts, Locations, Products, and Resources.
What to Do Next
The pre-built pipelines are available in the customer Matillion project and ready for configuration.

Project variables and schedules are not included in exported packages. Create them manually after importing pipelines to a new Matillion project.

After importing, update connection settings and login credentials to match the customer environment before running any pipeline.
