Setting up a constraint property as an objective function (SysML)
Constraint Properties and Constraint Blocks can be set up as objective functions.
To determine whether a constraint property is set up as an objective function:
1. Open the Constraint Property's Property Pages.
2. If there is a tab named objectiveFunction, the Constraint Property is set up as an objectiveFunction.
If there is not a tab named objectiveFunction, the Constraint Property is not set up as an objectiveFunction.
To set up a constraint property as an objective function:
1. Right-click the Constraint Property, and then select Links > Stereotypes.
If the objectiveFunction command is a checked command (it has a check mark to the left of the command), the Constraint Property is already set up as an objective function and you can abandon this task.
2. Click the objectiveFunction command.
