Setting up a constraint block as an objective function (SysML)
Constraint Block and Constraint Properties can be set up as an objective functions.
To determine whether a constraint block is set up as an objective function:
1. Open the Constraint Block's Property Pages.
2. If there is a tab named objectiveFunction, the Constraint Block is set up as an objectiveFunction.
If there is not a tab named objectiveFunction, the Constraint Block is not set up as an objectiveFunction.
To set up a constraint block as an objective function:
1. Right-click the Constraint Block, and then select Links > Stereotypes.
If the objectiveFunction command is a checked command (it has a check mark to the left of the command), the Constraint Block is already set up as an objective function and you can abandon this task.
2. Click the objectiveFunction command.
