For optimal security settings while using Windchill Modeler Web Interface and Model Manager, it is recommended that you disable the following weak Cipher Suites in Windows:

• TLS_FALLBACK_SCSV

• Sweet32

• 3DES Cipher (Medium)

• Any other weak Cipher Suites recommended by Microsoft.

The Cipher Suite information can be viewed in the SSL Cipher Suite Order dialog in the Windows Group Policy editor. To access the SSL Cipher Suite Order dialog, perform the following steps:

1. Click Start > Run. Type gpedit.msc.

2. In the Computer Configuration section, navigate to Administrative Templates > Network > SSL Configuration Settings and double-click to open SSL Cipher Suite Order.
