Constraints (property)
This property allows you to record any constraints that apply to an item that cannot be constrained through an applied Constraint item.
By default, the Constraints property is blank.
This property is set on the Text tab of an item's Property Pages.

The Constraints property supports Rich Text, so you can format the text and use model object references.
