Status indicator literal (UPDM - NAF aliases)
A Status Indicator Literal is a proprietary element that is required to model UPDM in Modeler.
Creation
To create a Status Indicator Literal:
From a Status Indicators: right-click the Status Indicators, point to New, point to NAF, and then click Status Indicator Literal.
On the Color dialog, select the color you want to use to represent the Status Indicator Literal on an NPV-2 Programme Timelines.
From an NPV-3 Project Type Definition: click the Status Indicator Literal button, and then click the owning Status Indicators element on the diagram.
On the Color dialog, select the color you want to use to represent the Status Indicator Literal on an NPV-2 Programme Timelines.
To change the color used for a Status Indicator Literal: right-click the Status Indicator Literal, point to Set, and then click Color.

When shown on an NPV-3 Project Type Definition, a Status Indicator Literal appears as follows:
