We recommend that you revert back to an earlier version of a Package through CM tool functionality, rather than through the Update Existing command. Reverting back to an earlier version of a Package may result in inconsistencies in the Model.
To revert back to an earlier version of a CM tool Package through the Update Existing command:
1. From Windows Explorer, create a folder.
2. From the CM tool, perform get operations to populate the folder you created with the required version of the Package, and its associated IDF file. For more information.
3. From Modeler, ensure that the Modeler Package is checked out.
4. Right-click the appropriate Package, and select Tools > Package Import/Export > Update ExistingPackage Import/Export, and then click
