Making item specific tabs on property pages read-only through stereotypes
1. Open the Stereotype's Property Pages and click the Directly-Stereotyped Options tab.
2. Select the Disable Item Specific Property Pages check box.
The item specific tabs will be read-only for any item that is stereotyped directly by the Stereotype.

This functionality has not been implemented for items associated with Table Relationships diagrams and the now obsolete System Architecture Diagram.
