Importing XMI to a model (XMI Import/Export)
1. From Modeler, open the Model to which you want to import XMI.
2. On the Tools tab, point to XMI, and then click Import.
Wait for the XMI Import dialog to appear.
3. Click the selection button associated with the From File box.
4. Select the XMI file you want to import, and then click Open.
5. Click Import
6. If you want to review the import log file, click Show Log
7. Click Close
8. In Modeler, on the View tab, click Refresh. If Modeler opens a confirmation dialog, click Refresh

XMI Import/Export skips items it cannot import. If you have problems with an import, you may want to review the import log file. For more information, see Reviewing the import log file.
