Generalization (automation interface)
A taxonomic relationship between a more general classifier and a more specific classifier. See also, Specialization.
ATTRIBUTES:
In addition to the common attributes
Description
A textual property that gives an overview of the dictionary item.
Access is read/write.
Overlapping
This indicates whether the Generalization is Overlapping. Possible values are TRUE or FALSE.
Access is read/write.
ASSOCIATIONS:
In addition to the common associations.
A relationship with the super Actor that is defined through the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0-1. 0 if the Generalization is linked to a Class object (Class, Data Type, Interface or Signal item), Stereotype or Use Case.
Access is read/write.
Relationship to Comments that are applied to the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0+, access is read/write.
Relationship to Constraints that are applied to the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0+, access is read/write.
A relationship with the super Class object (Class, Data Type, Interface or Signal item) that is defined through the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0-1 (0 if the Generalization is linked to an Actor, Stereotype or Use Case), access is read/write.
A relationship with the super Stereotype that is defined through the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0-1. 0 if the Generalization is linked to an Actor, Class object (Class, Data Type, Interface or Signal item) or Use Case.
Access is read/write.
Relationship to Comments that are owned by the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0+, access is read/write.
Relationship to Constraints that are owned by the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0+, access is read/write.
A collection of dictionary items of type Specialization.
Multiplicity is 1+, access is read/write.
A relationship with the super Use Case that is defined through the Generalization.
Multiplicity is 0-1. 0 if the Generalization is linked to an Actor, Class object (Class, Data Type, Interface or Signal item) or Stereotype.
Access is read/write.
