Specifying the packages used to generate a traceability matrix (SysML)
By default, a new Traceability Matrix searches for valid items only in the Package that owns the Traceability Matrix. You can specify which Packages to search for valid items.
To specify the packages used to generate a traceability matrix:
1. Right-click the Traceability Matrix, and select > .
2. For each Package you want to use to generate the Traceability Matrix:
a. In the Link Items, select the Package.
b. Click the Link button.
If you want the Traceability Matrix to search all Packages in the model, click the Unlink All button.

Generating a Traceability Matrix for all items in a model may take some time.

3. Click OK.
